Ability to add your own message content when a user receives an SSO error when logging in

We understand that the error message that a user receives when logging in via SSO cannot be updated, and we are requesting that there could be a system parameter string that could be displayed so it could be more specific to our team and who they contact?  NOTE - the sso debug setting is turned off.

Currently it states " Please contact the Aprimo Marketing Operations Administrator for assistance with this issue" and it would be nice to give them a bit more information of who to contact.
