Request from Project Coordinators to automatically insert calculated info *within a Notes field* (not in an audit trail) to keep track of running edits to a general notes field like our 'Notes & Comments" Project-level EA. In my example below, the loginID and date/time would be added automatically and then I would just start typing. We realize this is a large ask, but would be open to suggestions or other implementation ideas as well. Thank you!
