The DAM Notification e-mails need to be more user-friendly

Currently the download notifications, as well as other DAM notifications look like they were designed by a software engineer.  Their readability and overall appearance need to be updated, as well they should reference "Aprimo" and not "ADAM" any longer.  Thank you.

Yes, this would be great!! If they would have a nicer design, consumer-user-friendly-language and clear instructions right at the top that indicates if action is required or if this is just a service email for their information they could actually really be helpful. Based on our user's feedback they almost never understand why they are getting these emails and we think it's mostly because they sound and look very complicated (e.g. when a preview could not be created).

We had them changed in the past as well for this reason.

I am not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for, but you can change email notifications in this setting: .emailOrderRecipientsTemplate

I am in the same boat, where I find the email notifications to be quite ugly and unappealing to a user.  We are currently working to change the coding right now.
