Preview multiple file types in a record

Sprouts' DAM would benefit greatly if previews can be configured to support different file types within the same record.

There are a number of instances where it is beneficial to house multiple file types in a single record. Recipes (word docs or pdfs) are organized with photographs of these recipes. Radio or streaming audio files (mp3s) and scripts (word docs or pdfs) is another example. In the case of the audio files and scripts, I would like users to know that there is a script attached to these mp3 files by adding a preview of the script (as either a png screenshot of the word document, or the word doc itself) to the record. Currently, if I add a preview to a record containing an mp3 file, the preview can be seen as the thumbnail of the image, but it cannot be viewed in the "preview" when you click on the asset. This would be very helpful because these files should be housed together in the same record, and it would be helpful for users to be able to view the script in the preview without downloading the record. These records could all be uploaded separately of course, but for the purpose of organization, it makes sense to contain them in the same record.

For now we're putting this enhancement request in shelved state to understand through voting how common this request is and/or because we will not be able to pick this up in our near term roadmap schedule (<6 Months).
