Abiility to Filter Reports by Status

Afzal Sharif 5 months ago in Insights / Reporting updated by Tarun Chawla 4 months ago 3

We would like the ability to filter the Insights > Reports list by Status. Currently we have to click the View Details of each report individually to know whether the report is Active or Inactive. This is not practical as we have close to 500 reports.

Christine has the path correct here. Insights > Reports is the area users that may be admins or end users go to run reports. These should only be the active reports, as only active reports should be able to be run. Administration > Insights Administration > Report Maintenance does have an active/inactive filter. I am not sure why that was available in 9.1 previously, it may not have been correct there.

For us, only Active reports show under Insights > Reports List.  Inactive reports will not be shown.  Not sure if this is a general setting or not.  For all reports, regardless of status, we usually look under Administration > Insights Administration > Report Maintenance.  Here you can see all reports and there is a field for Status to set as a filter.

Thanks Christine, that's helpful to know. We recently migrated from 9.1 to SaaS and in 9.1 the Status was available as a filter under Reports.
