On the work request forms by the Requester Information, there is a hard coded instruction "Please enter or update your contact information and select the e-mail notifications you would like to receive as this request is processed."

We have no custom notifications on these forms so the instruction is NA. Can this be configurable or hidden behind a feature flag?

Now that the new Work Request Forms have been pushed out, we are running into this issue as well. Because we do not use notifications on our Request Forms currently, the message is not applicable and has led to questions from our users.

We have many custom notifications.  However, none of them are shown on the Work Request form to be selected.  So we'd prefer the wording be updated a tad.

Current:

Please enter or update your contact information and select the e-mail notifications you would like to receive as this request is processed.

Proposed:
Please enter or update your contact information so any applicable task notifications are sent to the correct email address.

Agreed. We at AIG do not have custom notifications on the forms. This will just confuse and frustrate the users.
