Right now only the Administrators can configure the allowable backup users and groups for individual users in the user profiles. The Administrator has to go into individual user profiles and update the list of allowable backup users or group to make it available for users to select their backup users. This is a very time consuming process for the customer who are migrating from old system to the cloud and enabling the Out of office feature.
We would like the ability for an Administrator to Mass update the allowable backup users / groups for the individual user's Or group of users in the system. Or maybe the ability for application users to configure allowable backup users from the their associated user groups or department in the system.
