Adding keywords in bulk edit without overwriting previous ones

Jure Meh 9 months ago in Digital Asset Management updated by petra.tant 6 months ago 6

We would like to add an option to be able to add in bulk keywords to the metadata. Right now, if you do this, it overwrites the current keywords, because they are different on different assets. We have cases, when we later find, that we would add an additional keyword to a collection of assets, but not lose, what the assets already had in keywords. Can this be added. We would like to add an option to be able to add in bulk keywords to the metadata. In Progress

We're currently working on this for text list fields and classification list fields. Should be out by mid August 19.

Awesome!  I'm glad classification lists were added into this update (they are also bugging me with the way to classify items)

We'd love for this to work on text list fields, not just on text fields. Have the option to replace or append, not just overwrite.

Same. This is a huge inconvenience when dealing with text lists.
