Create Sequential Schedules/customer journey without use of Dialog Manager

Create customer journey type functionality - sub schedules within segmentation to hold and release all members to continue processing further down the hierarchy on schedule or freeze all members and reprocess on schedule with the setting to process only unique members each time or all.


We are currently considering a Flow Control Segmentation tool that will hold and release segmentation members based on its own independent schedule from the segmentation (recurring, once, etc.).
