Current functionality only allows our planners to pull over one role, not multiple. We are able to add individual names, however, that becomes cumbersome to continuously update. Additionally, by manually entering individual users the group loads names in random order causing planners to scroll. Resource Utilization was able to meet our needs much better in this regard.
In Resource Utilization it allowed our planners to pull multiple roles and it grouped them by role. Once these roles were selected it retained the correct user groupings and allowed for quick and efficient management. Our business requires planners to assign many types of resourced roles so having a system that streamlines this process is important.
