Requesting report that will compare customers page load time verses overall SaaS environment-display results to customers dashboard (VSTS 136714)

This was something Customer Service suggested to assist us with page load questions from users and logged on our behalf related to case CS0011740 and not visible to us in our Enhancements list in ServiceNow.

We would also like to see this functionality rolled out. We report and track on our own environments page load times. Being able to easily compare our recent load times to the load times for all environments over that same time period will help us to determine if the slow times are due to our configuration and usage of parent/child fields or if there are outside factors playing a part.

With the move to pull System Insights reports into the main Aprimo Reports solution in the application we are evaluating some of these reports and discussing enhancements to some of them.  I will raise this as a topic in those discussions.

To give more context, this enhancement was originally submitted by Service Now because our page load times seemed slow, and we were provided with reports of our environment page load times and the page load times of all SaaS environments (see attached sample). The request is to have these reports/views available for access in AppInsights.page load time comparisons_Aprimo vs SAN.png
