Workflow - system preventing workflow from continuing unless all annotations are addressed (VSTS 187526)

Description: Can the system prevent users from closing out a task if annotations have not been addressed (resolved or rejected)? We would like to see that the workflow cannot move forward until all annotations are addressed in creative. We are asked how this can be confirmed during audits.

Hi - we would be looking for a function similar to https://voice.aprimo.com/communities/42/topics/1034-task-inbox-warn-users-that-annotations-are-in-draft-status-when-attempting-to-close-a-regular-task except it would say "You have unresolved annotations..." I think it makes sense to be able to set it up by task.  It would be all annotations need to be resolved on the task across all documents in that task.

How would you see this being enforced or configured?  I assume it would be something you set on a specific task?  You would not want this to be enforced on all tasks in a workflow.  If this is enforced, what is the scope for it?  All documents that are visible on that task that have annotations have to be resolved before the task can be closed?  Only documents of a specific type need to have all annotations resolved?

Would be curious to hear from other customers on this topic.

Materials would not move to the next Task if all annotations were not accepted and made or rejected.  Internal audit comes back with "why wasn't this annotation made or at minimum addressed".
