We used to have a Print icon in Aprimo Legacy Navigation, now that we have moved to Aprimo New Navigation the Print icon is no longer there. Our PM's used this Print option to print out the Team roster list in their Campaign.
When a project is created in Aprimo, the title defaults to the workflow template that was used to create the project. Project managers don't always update the title of the project to a unique name. In some cases, this is not necessarily part of their business process. In some processes, an extended attribute is used as the project "title", since an EA can be updated on a DCT and a project title cannot.
In New Nav, a project card might be useful to some users, but in cases where the title is not unique, it is difficult or impossible to find the project you are looking for since you can only search by title.
This request is to add Project ID to the search on the project card.
An example is below.
In the new EU, the activity list in the home page displays only 4 activites. If users want to see all activities, he had to go in "Acitivity Management" and "Activities". Users want to be able to see more than 4 acitvities in this list in the Home Page. It would be more practical for them.
The new My Activities card is defaulted to only show the user their recent activities. Can we not go back to the same functionality options we had on the home page before? Where we could have the option to filter for the activities we wanted on the home page OR have it as recent activities. This is functionality our users have become used to and would like to have back on their home page.
The new My Reviews card does not allow you to enter any extended attribute information. I am not sure why this is available for My Tasks but not for My Review Tasks. This would be extremely helpful to our users.
Rather than having the options on the main navigation column in the new UI driven by domain rights, we would like to be able to configure the column as administrators and push out custom configuration/templates to our users. We currently have some menu options that users never have to use displayed.
We'd like to propose a Project list card that you could filter, sort or group so that you can see projects Grouped by Activity. That would mean a lot less clicks for a user to get to the project they want to access. They currently have up to 5 clicks just to get to project details depending on the route you take.
When opening tasks from My Tasks list it doesn't carryover the custom filters to the Inbox list. This requires users to page back to My Tasks to find their next task in the filtered list. This causes additional clicks compared to today's navigation. Our Compliance, State Filing, Asset Managers, Project Planners and Ops teams rely heavily on custom views to work efficiently
As part of our regular business processes, users may have an average of 50 -100 in process tasks in queue.
Users regularly rely on the ability to see, filter and prioritize all of these tasks from the legacy Aprimo Home Page in the My Tasks section.
This existing functionality is critical, especially during our busy season, where users will have 100 in process tasks in queue.
Having a limit of only 25 tasks available in the Task Card impacts our productivity and ability to prioritize and process work.
This request is to increase the number of Tasks in the Task Card to 200.
While we understand that we can build a link from a User Link Card that will take users to their Tasks or navigate to the My Tasks from Project Management, these options add extra steps and clicks to the current, more efficient process.
A powerful use of the User Links card is to provide the functionality to run reports and dashboards directly from the home page. A user can take the URL of the report or dashboard and add it to the User Links card. In fact, in New Nav, you can grab any URL from the app, so another use case would be to create a quick link to a page you visit often in the application, such as My Tasks. However, when application URLs are added, the URL looks so similar you cannot tell the difference.
A great enhancement would be the ability to add a title to the URLs when you configure them on the User Link card. This way a user can create their own title and can immediately differentiate between the URLs.

We think it'd be great if you could access the agile board or task worksheet directly from an activity card. Our users love these cards but at the moment they simply create a link to the project or Activity details. We'd like them to be a bit more interactive.
As a Contributor or Librarian user, when first logging into Aprimo MO, I want to see the relevent columns already configured so that I do not lose time searching for the correct columns.
As is: The default cards and layout can be configured as default, but NOT the columns
To be: The default cards, layout and columns within cards are configured centrally and applied as a default
We would also like the option to stop certain user groups from configuring their own landing page.
We would like to have the ability to brand the login page with our company logo. Currently the Aprimo logo is shown above Login ID and Password. Although with SSO users will click on "Log in as Employee", every time users relaunch their browser they will be directed to the main login page with the Aprimo branding.
Our users enjoy having List Reports on their dashboards, but with the new navigation this option has been removed. Is there any plans to add this functionality back through the Cards? The Chart Card is not helpful, they want to see the report data.
Our users that use the Activity and Project cards would like the ability to determine what fields are displayed. For example, business unit, cost center, task status and/or requester to name some. This would allow our different groups to display information that is important to them for those important projects. We envision these fields being configured by the user and then applied to any new Activity or Project card.
