We need the ability to hide specific fields on the Offer object and the Treatment object. Currently, the inability to hide these fields causes confusion for users who are unsure what to put into the fields and causes concern for adoption at launch. It clutters the forms and promotes incorrect data the system tied to these objects.
Specifically, we need to hide incentive, activity specific, offer code. On Treatments, we have five fields to hide including Treatment Cost.
Because we have a large user base in Aprimo (DAM), selecting from a list of users is very cumbersome in the Offer application. We need a way to allow users to type ahead names of other users to quickly fill out this field and reduce the time to search.
As our marketing team will be entering numerous, potentially dozens of offers each week, assigning access individually would be cumbersome, especially since those settings will be exactly the same for most offers. We need a way to automatically update the Access List when an offer is created, whether through the API or business rules or something else.
It would be great if once we select a parent field value option that relates to a child field value option, the child field would appear in the same panel as the parent field value option on the Offer Details page. Right now, in order to have the child field appear based on the selection of the parent field, it has to be in its own panel.
It would be great to be able to tell without opening an offer or browsing to the attachments area that an offer has attached files. Maybe the standard paperclip icon could be shown next to the offer's name in the list and in a corner of the offer details screen.
We need the ability to configure cascading fields and field groups when users are entering Offer details, similar to how "Registered Fields" works in DAM. The user story would be, as an Offer editor user, I can select options A, B, and/or C for Offer Type. If I select Offer Type B, another field or fields will appear asking for additional information. Ideally, this option would be available for all Option list fields.
After further review with the customer, the current cascading attribute feature supports this use case.
Need Activity Treatments exposed so we can create a data loader template to import EA data to Activity Treatments.
Need Activity Treatments exposed so we can have Derek create a data loader template to import EA data to Activity Treatments. This is fairly urgent as we use Activity Treatments as our tracking codes for activities and need to import performance data back to the treatment level.
