Control display of leaf nodes in Classification tree

Currently classifications are displayed in the tree without checking if child nodes exist. This means the '+' icon is always displayed and the user can only find out if there are child classification by trying to drill down.

Full y understand the performance reasons for doing this, but for some clients this is annoying and they feel it misleads the user.

It would be good to make this behaviour optional via a setting so that the client can decide if they want to suffer the potential performance hit of correctly indicating if the classification has child nodes
